Furlong's Pet Supply Return and Exchange Policies
Use of this site or orders placed using our mail order catalog is acceptance with the following.
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping & handling charges).*
Remember, all shipping & handling charges are likely to still apply.
This includes the cost of the initial shipping and handling and any new shipping charges.

Orders shipped outside of the USA are not available for return or exchange.
For an item to be accepted for return:
• Please send the item or items with the order number.
This must be included and can be found on the packing slip sent with your order or it can also be found from the email order confirmation received after you placed your order online.
• All packaging & tags for the item must be completely intact & sent together with the item or items.
• The item must be in the condition it was received. Items with signs of wear, damage or unclean items cannot be accepted.
• We can not allow returns older then 21 days from the order date of the item or items.
• Quantities of over five of the same item are not automatically accepted for return without pre-approval.
• For safety reasons we can not take back edible items like food or treats for return or exchange.
• Items indicated as discontinued or clearance items at the time the item was purchased cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Unfortunately, items received not matching the above criteria can not be processed for a refund or an exchange.

*The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment.
If your returned item (s) can not be accepted for return:
• Arrangements may be made for unaccepted returned item (s) to be re-shipped back to the original shipping address.
• Payment for the new cost of shipping the items must be made within 21 days of our receiving the item (s).
• All items not arranged for re-shipment within the time frame above will either be disposed of or donated to a suitable charity.
